Cancellation Policy
At Tutoring Victoria, we understand that life gets busy and plans can change. To respect the time of our tutors and ensure the smooth operation of our service, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Notice Period
We require at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of a session.
Late Cancellations
If a session is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, the full session fee will still apply. This is because our tutors set aside time specifically for your child, and late notice means we are unable to reallocate that time to another student.
No-Shows
If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can happen. In genuine cases such as illness or family emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible—we’re always happy to assess situations with care and fairness.
